1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The final delivery does not match the service description or agreed-upon scope.
  • A duplicate payment was made in error.
  • No work or progress has been initiated on your order within 7 business days of confirmation.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Please note, we do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If the service has been fully delivered as per the agreed scope.
  • Change of mind after the design or development process has begun.
  • Delays caused by client-side inaction, such as lack of content, feedback, or approvals.
  • Subjective preferences such as “I didn’t like the design” after work has been delivered and revised as agreed.

3. Revisions and Support

Before requesting a refund, we encourage clients to reach out for revisions. We offer a reasonable number of revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at Enquiries@rexfoxtech.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your:

  • Order reference number
  • Reason for the refund
  • Any relevant screenshots or feedback

Each case will be reviewed by our team, and we aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Note: All refund decisions are made at the discretion of RexFox Tech’s management, based on the terms outlined above.
