3. Registration & Account

To access certain parts of our services, you may need to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any unauthorized or unlawful activity.

4. Ordering Process

When placing an order with us:

• Full payment is required before work begins

• You must provide clear, complete, and accurate project instructions

• Timelines begin after we have received all necessary input and confirmations

• All communications will be conducted through our official channels (email or dashboard)

5. Revisions & Approval

Depending on your selected package, you are entitled to a limited number of revisions. Revisions:

• Must be requested within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7 days after delivery)

• Apply only to the existing concept

• Do not include entirely new design directions

Additional revisions may be billed separately.

6. Delivery Timeline

Estimated timelines will be shared during project confirmation. Delays may occur if:

• There is a delay in feedback or submission of content by the client

• The scope of work is modified

• There are unforeseen technical issues

We aim to deliver high-quality work promptly but do not guarantee exact deadlines unless specified in writing.

7. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made using our approved payment methods

• We do not store payment information

• All prices are quoted in GBP and may be subject to taxes or processing fees

• Work will not begin until payment has been confirmed

8. Ownership &Intellectual Property

Once full payment has been received and the final design delivered:

• You are granted full rights to the final approved design

• We retain rights to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing

• Unused drafts, sketches, and initial concepts remain our intellectual property

You may not resell or reuse any work without full payment and written consent.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and treat all information shared with us as confidential. Any designs, strategies, or business details provided by you will not be disclosed to third parties without your permission.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

• Misuse or redistribute our intellectual property

• Upload content that infringes on third-party rights

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Violation of these rules may result in termination of services and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Delayed delivery

• Technical malfunctions

• Miscommunication

• Improper usage of the final designs by the client

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

12. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or rely on third-party tools or platforms to deliver our services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party providers.

13. Portfolio & Testimonials

By engaging our services, you grant us the right to:

• Display the final project in our portfolio

• Use your testimonial or feedback for promotional purposes

You can opt out of this by informing us in writing.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable local laws.
